Fairybelles Sire Sterling

Sterling was born on the 25th August 2008. He is a Silver Tabby with White (Sterling Silver - ha ha!) just like his mum Bluebelle. His dad is Zanny, a blue smoke with white that belongs to Jenny Handy in Gloucestershire.

Belle and Zanny produced a lovely litter of kittens. Sterlings sisters Freya & Trude went to live with a lovely couple Brian & Lesley in Hertfordshire. But I wanted to keep Sterling as I think he'll make a great stud boy.

Sterling has a great character. He's really affectionate and follows me around like a dog; if I call him he always chirps back and comes to me. He adores my partner Neil. He likes to sleep on his pillow and touch his face with his paws. Neil dosent get much bedtime reading done as Sterling wants all of the attention; the same pantomine is played out every night!.

Sterling has a best friend in our household and it's not another cat!!! In January 2009 we got another border collie which we've called Blue. When she arrived Sterling was only about 5 months old. But straight away they just took to each other, sleeping together when they were tired, playing together, and Sterling even likes to give Blue a clean some times; they are best friends. Some people say a cat & dog can't get along but this pair do as you can see from the picture.

Sterling is going to be our 1st stud boy; an open stud to approved queens only. And it looks like he's going to be quite big aswell. He already has his 1st girl-friend lined up ready to come and stay !!! So watch this space for some kitten pics !!!
